2030 Transportation Symposium with ARB, CalSTA, and Caltrans

The California Air Resources Board (ARB), California State Transportation Agency (CalSTA), and California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) held a joint symposium today to discuss ways of achieving Governor Brown’s goal of reducing California’s use of petroleum by up to 50 percent by 2030 through transforming California’s transportation system.

The symposium included panels on sustainable freight leadership, light-duty and heavy-duty vehicles in 2030, clean fuels, smart growth and transportation choices. The input gathered at these forums will be used to inform the next update to the AB 32 Scoping Plan.

The full agenda for the symposium can be found HERE.
