Life Cycle Associates has been hired to create the Washington GREET model for the Washington Clean Fuel Standard. The contract was signed on January 31, 2022.

Our team prepared the Washington GREET model and Tier 1 calculators in support of the clean fuel standard regulation. The analysis includes an evaluation of the baseline carbon intensity of petroleum fuels as well as the Washington State average electricity mix.

The Life Cycle Associates team will present the preliminary model at the next Washington Department of Ecology stakeholder meeting on March 15, 2022 9:00am-12:00pm PST.
